1. 수집하는 정보What we collect
· 분석(동의 시에만) / Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 및 Microsoft Clarity가 익명화된 사용 통계·쿠키 식별자·세션 기록(Clarity는 입력값을 기본 마스킹)을 수집합니다. 동의 전에는 수집하지 않습니다. GA4 and Microsoft Clarity collect anonymized usage stats, cookie identifiers, and session recordings (Clarity masks input by default) — only after you opt in.
· 계정 (Google 로그인) / Account (Google sign-in): 로그인 시 Google 계정의 이메일·이름· 프로필 이미지를 처리합니다. 이메일은 회원 식별 키로만 사용되며, 게시판 등 공개 화면에는 노출되지 않습니다(단방향 해시 닉네임으로 대체). When you sign in we process the email, name, and profile image from your Google account; the email is used only as your account key and is never shown publicly (a one-way hashed handle is shown instead).
· 개인화 / Personalization: 관심종목·저장한 그래프 뷰. Watchlists and saved graph views.
· 커뮤니티 / Community: 피드백·종목 토론방에 작성하신 글·댓글·좋아요·닉네임. 작성한 게시물은 공개되며, 닉네임은 이메일 등 개인정보 형태가 포함되지 않도록 자동 필터링됩니다. Posts, comments, likes, and the nickname you write on the feedback / discussion boards are public; nicknames are auto-filtered so they cannot contain personal data such as an email.· 서비스 이용 기록 / Service usage: AI 요약 이용 횟수와 일자별 조회수 같은 집계 통계를 처리합니다. 조회수 중복 방지와 외부 데이터 호출의 남용 방지를 위해 Cloudflare가 요청에 제공한 IP 주소를 서버 메모리에서 전용 비밀키·용도·날짜에 결합한 HMAC-SHA-256 값으로 즉시 변환합니다. 원 IP는 Uhype 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, 조회수와 외부 호출의 HMAC 값은 서로 다른 용도로 분리되어 연결할 수 없습니다. We process aggregate counters such as AI-summary usage and daily views. To prevent duplicate view ticks and abuse of external-data calls, the IP address supplied with the request by Cloudflare is immediately transformed in server memory using HMAC-SHA-256 bound to a dedicated secret, purpose, and day. Uhype does not store the raw IP, and view and external-call HMAC values are context-separated so they cannot be linked together.
2. 이용 목적Purpose
서비스 개선 및 오류 분석, 로그인 인증, 개인화 기능 제공, 조회수 중복 방지와 외부 API 남용·비용 방지. 짧게 보관되는 HMAC 이용 기록은 선택형 제3자 분석(GA4·Clarity)과 별도로 서비스 운영·보안을 위해 처리되며 분석 동의 거부 여부와 무관합니다. 이 법적 근거 문구는 공개 전 개인정보 전문가가 확정해야 합니다. Service improvement and error analysis, login authentication, personalization, view deduplication, and external-API abuse/cost prevention. Short-lived HMAC usage records are processed separately from optional third-party analytics for service operations and security, regardless of the GA4/Clarity consent choice. The legal-basis wording remains subject to professional privacy review before public launch.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간Retention
분석 데이터는 Google·Microsoft의 보관 정책에 따릅니다. 조회수 중복 방지 HMAC 슬롯은 48시간, 외부 API 남용 방지 HMAC 슬롯은 72시간을 삭제 기준으로 하며, 기준을 지난 레코드는 매일 독립 실행되는 정리 작업에서 삭제됩니다. 일자·유입경로별 조회 집계는 오늘을 포함한 최근 35개 달력일만 유지합니다. 계정·개인화 데이터는 회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. Analytics data follows Google/Microsoft retention. The deletion thresholds are 48 hours for view-deduplication HMAC slots and 72 hours for external-API abuse-prevention HMAC slots; records beyond those thresholds are removed by an independent daily cleanup. Daily/source view aggregates keep only the latest 35 calendar days including today. Account and personalization data is deleted upon account closure or a deletion request.
4. 제3자 처리 및 국외 이전Third parties & cross-border transfer
Google LLC (Analytics·OAuth 로그인), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (호스팅·데이터 저장)을 통해 처리되며 데이터는 미국 등 국외 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다. 분석 처리는 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다. Processed via Google LLC, Microsoft, and Cloudflare; data may be stored on servers outside Korea (e.g. the US). You may decline analytics.
5. 쿠키Cookies
분석 쿠키는 동의하신 경우에만 설정됩니다. 언어·표시 설정 등 필수 기능 정보는 브라우저 로컬 저장소에만 보관됩니다. Analytics cookies are set only with consent; essential preferences (language, display) stay in your browser's local storage.
6. 이용자의 권리Your rights
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 분석 동의는 아래에서 언제든 변경/철회할 수 있습니다. You may request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, and withdrawal of consent. Change or withdraw your analytics consent anytime below.
